Moody's Investors Service recently assigned a Aaa rating to the City of New Berlin, WI's $9 million General Obligation Promissory Notes, Series 2018A. Concurrently, Moody's has maintained the Aaa rating on the city's general obligation unlimited tax (GOULT) debt.
