Waukesha Water Utility
- The applicant has submitted an application for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment for the property located at 3675 S. Racine Avenue (Tax Key #: 1224-994) to amend the Future Land Use Map within the City's Comprehensive Plan (Chapter 12 Neighborhood “B” and Chapter 10 - Land Use) for approximately 8.52 acres of the southeast portion of the property from Park to Institutional to realign the boundaries to correctly reflect what will be identified as institutional lands for the new City of Waukesha Water Utility project
- The applicant has submitted an application for a Rezoning for the property located at 3675 S. Racine Avenue (Tax Key #: 1224-994) to rezone from P-1 to I-1.
- The applicant has simultaneously submitted an application for a Use Approval to construct a booster pump station and two reservoirs for the City of Waukesha Water Utility for the same area.
- The applicant previously submitted for an application for a 2-Lot Certified Survey Map (CSM) at the same location. The CSM was approved by the Plan Commission on May 6, 2019 and the Common Council on May 14, 2019.

July 23, 2019 - (TBD) Possible Final Action for Comprehensive Plan & Rezoning
June 27, 2019- Public Hearing & Possible Action for Comprehensive Plan & Rezoning
June 27, 2019 - Possible Action on the Use Approval request to construct a booster pump station and two reservoirs for the City of Waukesha Water Utility. If the Plan Commission does not take action on June 27, the action may be forwarded to the July 25, 2019 Plan Commission meeting.
