  • September 20, 2019 - The City of New Berlin received the following letter from the Waukesha Water Utility requesting to withdraw the Use Approval application, Rezoning application, and Comprehensive Plan Update application for this site and only requesting consideration for a Conditional Use Application.

An application for a 2-Lot Certified Survey Map (CSM) has been submitted.

The Waukesha Water consultant team held Open Information Sessions at the New Berlin Public Library on the following dates:

Monday, August 12 - 9:00 - 11:00 AM
Wednesday, August 14 - 5:00 - 7:00 PM
Friday, August 16 - 3:00 - 4:45 PM

Wisconsin Public Service Commission Hearing

The entire Waukesha Water Utility Project will be discussed on November 20, 2019 at 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm at Waukesha City Hall Council Chambers.
