2022 Assessment Roll & Important Dates
The 2022 Assessment Roll was available for public inspection beginning on April 25th, 2022 until May 4th, 2022 during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30PM and online at www.newberlin.org where property assessments may still be viewed using the Interactive City Map or as a downloadable Assessment Roll file.
In addition to in-person appointments, opportunities to discuss individual property assessments are also available virtually. You may contact the Assessor's Office at 262-797-2465 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
The final Assessment Roll will be reported to the Finance office for use in preparation of the 2022 Tax Roll and also to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue Equalization Bureau for use in finalizing the City’s total Equalized Value for 2022.
The Equalized Value is used in shared revenue calculations for the City and each of the four school districts which serve City Residents.
If you would like to request that an appraiser review your property assessment for the 2022 tax year, we would be happy to schedule an interior and exterior inspection at your convenience.
Please refer to Property Assessments & Tax Information to look up the assessed value for your property.
