Wisconsin ACT 105

Traffic Violations and Vehicle Right of Way Courses

Under Wisconsin ACT 105 effective December 2nd, 2017, several traffic violations will now require a right of way class if the defendant is found guilty of the state statues under this ACT.  If there is an injury or fatality involved and the defendant is convicted of the statue, an enhanced forfeiture and a suspension of the driver's license may also be enforced.
