  • The applicant has filed a petition to rezone from C-1 to M-1 and C-1 for the properties located 18200 W. Lincoln Avenue. 
  • The applicant has also filed a 2-Lot CSM application.
  • The applicant has requested a Use, Site and Architecture Approval to construct a 300,000 sq. ft. building.
  • The applicant has requested to amend to the originally proposed and approved 301,320 sq. ft. industrial building and  propose to modify the single larger building to two smaller buildings each 117,000 sq. ft.

September 22, 2020 - Action on rezoning and 2-Lot CSM.  The CSM was approved.
