A request for a preliminary plat subdivision has been submitted for a 34-lot single family subdivision at 5601 S. Sunny Slope Road (Tax Key 1289-999). Action on the Preliminary Plat is anticipated at the February 6, 2017 Plan Commission meeting.
- The concept plan was reviewed by the Plan Commission on October 3, 2016.
- A site visit was conducted on September 21, 2016.
The applicant had also submitted an application to rezone the property from A-2 to R-6. There was a public hearing at the October 3, 2016 Plan Commission meeting. The request was approved at the November 9, 2016 Plan Commission meeting. Common Council approved the request on November 15, 2016.
