A conceptual subdivision plan has been submitted for a 34-lot single family subdivision at 5601 S. Sunny Slope Road (Tax Key 1289-999). The concept plan will be reviewed by the Plan Commission on October 3, 2016. A site visit is also scheduled for September 21, 2016 at 5:30 PM. Attendees should meet at the property.
The applicant has also submitted an application to rezone the property from A-2 to R-6. There is a public hearing scheduled for 6:02 PM at the October 3, 2016 Plan Commission meeting. Action on the rezoning request is expected at the November 9, 2016 Plan Commission meeting.
