Request
A preliminary subdivision plat  has been submitted for a 54-Lot Subdivision located at 6201 S. Sunny Slope Road. The plat was tabled at the Plan Commission on November 9, 2016. The plat will be reviewed by the Plan Commission on December 5, 2016.  Final action on the plat is expected at the December 13, 2016 Common Council meeting.   



The applicant has also submitted an application to rezone the property from A-1 & C-2 to R-6 and C-2. There was a public hearing held at the November 9, 2016 Plan Commission meeting.  Action on the rezoning request is expected at the December 5, 2016 Plan Commission meeting. Final action on the rezonig is expected at the December 13, 2016 Common Council meeting.   

  • The concept plan was reviewed by the Plan Commission on July 13, 2016. 
  • A site visit was conducted by the Plan Commission on Monday, June 20th.
