Request
A final subdivision plat (Phase I)  has been submitted for a 37-Lot Subdivision located at 6201 S. Sunny Slope Road.  The plat will be reviewed and approved by the Plan Commission on August 30, 2017.  The Common Council will review the final plat at their September 26, 2017 meeting.

Previous Action:

The preliminary plat was approved at the December 13, 2016 Common Council meeting

The property was rezoned from A-1 & C-2 to R-6 and C-2. There was a public hearing held at the November 9, 2016 Plan Commission meeting.  On December 5, 2016 the Plan Commission approved the request. The rezonig was approved at the December 13, 2016 Common Council meeting.   


  • The concept plan was reviewed by the Plan Commission on July 13, 2016. 
  • A site visit was conducted by the Plan Commission on Monday, June 20th.
