Request
A conceptual subdivision plan has been submitted for a 54-Lot Subdivision at 6201 S. Sunny Slope Road.   The concept plan was reviewed by the Plan Commission on July 13, 2016. 

A site visit was conducted by the Plan Commission on Monday, June 20th at 5:30.  


The parcel is currently zoned A-1, Agricultural District and C-2, Shoreland-Wetland Holding District.   The site has ~68.26 acres.

A rezoning petition and application for the preliminary plat will be required for review and approval by the Plan Commission and Common Council.  These materials have not yet been submitted.
