Request
A Use, Site and Architecture approval application has been submitted for a 5,600 sq. ft. retail building at 3701 S. Moorland Road. This item will be on the June 1, 2015 Plan Commission agenda. 

The applicant previously filed a petition to rezone the properties located at 3705 S. Moorland Road and 15615 Churchview Drive (Tax Keys #: 1212053 & 1212054) from R-5 to B-2 to remove the residential zoning district.  This item was approved at the May 4, 2015 Plan Commission and May 12, 2015 Common Council. 

The applicant previously requested to amend the Future Land Use Map within the City’s Comprehensive Plan (Chapter 15 - Neighborhood “E” and Chapter 10 - Land Use) for the following addresses: - 3705 S. Moorland Road and 15615 Churchview Drive (Tax Keys #: 1212053 & 1212054) from Urban Residential to Suburban Commercial. This item was approved at the May 4, 2015 Plan Commission and May 12, 2015 Common Council. 

In addition to the above requests, a one-lot CSM was approved to combine the various properties in order to proceed with a Use Approval application to expand parking and construct a new retail building.
