Wisconsin Act 23 requires voters to show a photo ID and to sign the poll list prior to voting. If you are eligible to vote in Wisconsin, but do not have a Wisconsin identification card or Wisconsin driver's license, you are eligible to receive a free state ID for voting purposes.

The city clerk is in charge of ensuring that the electoral process is fair, accurate, impartial, and conducted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin. The City of New Berlin has seven polling locations throughout the city that are open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm on election day. You must vote at the polling location that covers the district in which you reside. Please check out the city’s district maps or the voter information search listed below to locate your polling location.
Please Note: District 6's polling location has changed. Voters in District 6 (effective in 2018) will be voting at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, located at 12700 W. Howard Avenue.
