| Description: |
The Utility Committee shall take charge and manage the Water and Sewer Utilities of the City. The committee shall have charge of construction, extension and improvement of utilities. The Utility Committee may prepare and adopt plans, designs and specifications for buildings, machinery, apparatus and the laying of mains and appliances required to ensure the proper functioning of utilities. The Committee reviews and makes recommendations on rates charged to utility customers. |
