Have my Property Taxes Been Paid ?

  Tax Receipt

In order to see whether or not taxes have been paid on a particular parcel, you will need to go to the Assessor's page of the web. Upon entering the page, you will need either the property address, or, the tax key number (this number can be found at the upper right hand corner of the tax bill...and remains the same from year to year) Use the number only...no spaces, dots or dashes or the letters NBC which precede the tax key number

Once the correct property listing has come up, scroll to the bottom of the page for payment information.

Payment Date              Payment Amount              Balance of Taxes Due
(Does NOT include interest & penalties if payment is late)

While this is not a physical copy of the tax bill, this page can certainly be printed for purposes of payment verification, and for your records.
