The City of New Berlin's Division of Emergency Management has been established to aid and manage all City of New Berlin, Waukesha County, State of Wisconsin and Federal Emergency Response and Management Agencies in the event of a local emergency.
We come to the assistance of all emergency response agencies to ensure that the resources required for a safe and effective response and/or recovery are made available to the Citizens of New Berlin. The Division works with County, State and Federal agencies to ensure that all recovery resources are made available including "after the fact" grants, loans and public assistance programs. We have the responsibility to train and familiarize the Citizens of New Berlin to help them avoid becoming a victim of a man-made or natural disaster.
The Division is presently managed by Scott Schulpius, Director of Emergency Management and David Ziesmer, Communications Coordinator for the City of New Berlin. |
