The Water Resource Management Utility deals with management of all surface water runoff from urban and rural lands, administering and enforcing compliance with the Storm Water Master Management Plan, overseeing and coordinating the planning, design, and construction of capital stormwater projects. This division is responsible for applying for, coordinating, and carrying out Municipal responsibilities with respect to Wisconsin DNR Priority Watershed Grants and permits, investigating drainage complaints, and assisting in community education of stormwater issues through occasional presentations within the New Berlin Public Schools System.
