Previously, a petition was submitted by Gene Eggert to rezone the property located at 13050 West Cleveland Avenue from I-1, Institutional District to Rm-1& C-2/ PUD, Multi-Family and Wetland Planned Unit Development Overlay District. A public hearing regarding the petition will be held before the Plan Commission at the January 4, 2010 meeting. Action on the public hearing may be at the February 1, 2010 Plan Commission meeting and the February 9, 2010 Common Council meeting. Description: The proposal is a concept plan for a 40 unit high end condominium development. Attached are a concept site plan and elevations of the proposed development. Status:A concept review was on the November 2, 2009 Plan Commission agenda. No action will be taken at this meeting. A public hearing is required for any Zoning District or boundary change. Background:On 11/07/05, Plan Commission tabled the request to rezone the property because of new information regarding the property provided by the applicant. On 09/23/05, Applicant submitted a revised set of plan based on several meetings with staff and resolution of the off site drainage issues from the golf course. On 04/05/05, Plan Commission tabled the request to rezone the property. On 03/01/05, Public hearing was held before the Plan Commission. On 11/28/03, Applicant filed this petition to rezone this property from I-1 to Rm-1/ PUD.
